Refund and Return Policy

EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As this is a sale of food products, which “are at risk of deteriorating or expiring quickly” being subject to alteration even as a result of inappropriate storage., for hygiene reasons and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Therefore, you are granted the right to return purchased goods only for non-conformity of the order or products (i.e., for product or package clearly damaged upon delivery or incorrect quantities and/or type compared to the order).

RETURN OF A NON-COMPLIANT AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you have received a manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or wrong product, you can request a refund of the item by contacting our Customer Service at +39 324 8093 896, available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With a similar procedure, if the conditions in the General Terms of Sale, which we invite you to consult, exist, you can withdraw from the purchase made, communicating it within a maximum term of 14 days from receipt of the goods. If you are already registered on the site, make the return directly from your reserved area.

METHOD OF REQUESTING A RETURN

For our food products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Therefore, if the products are not damaged, it is not possible to return the order. If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at +39 324 8093 896.
  2. Check your mailbox, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the instructions.

In the case of return for a manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or wrong product, the costs of the service to return the product will be free, if you choose to use our courier.

In the case of return for a manifestly damaged, non-compliant, defective or wrong product, we reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-compliance of the returned product. In the event that the non-compliance of the product is ascertained, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.

  1. Put the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same conditions in which you received them
  2. Print the return form and insert it inside the box containing the products you want to return. Apply the form with our address outside the box.
  3. Deliver the package to the courier that will be indicated to you
  4. Keep the receipt of the shipment
  5. When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer or to the complete replacement of the supplied product.
